Boynton Beach Construction renovation-client wants to modernize the house without breaking the bank updating exterior windows and doors, flooring, painting walls and closets. We preserved the traditional style but with a touch of modern clean lines using black and white colors.
Before-This house was from the 80's and the client bought it to renovated and sell it. The main living-dining room had 2 sunken areas that we agree to level it. The traditional style was reflected in windows, doors, pendants, and the floor.
After -We level the entire living-dining room floor with big white porcelain slabs, replace the traditional chandeliers for recessed lighting and a modern pendant at the double door entrance.
Before-Entrance with double door glass that we replace it for a modern one in black color. The high ceiling enclosed a traditional chandelier.
After-Entrance with a double glass door, all the windows and doors were painted on black as the roof shingles. Walls and ceilings were painted in white.
